‘Richmond Rookies’ completed the Great River Race

On Saturday 7^th October, the ‘Richmond Rookies’ completed the Great River Race in a very respectable time of 3 hours 31 minutes. The grueling 21-mile race from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey attracted over 300 boat crews and is London’s only major river marathon. Richmond is proud to announce that over £3.5k was raised for Parkinson’s UK as a result of their inclusion in the race and their fantastic fundraising.
